Week 2 of the Super Mom-Baby Programme is themed ‘Blessed Beginnings’. This week invokes the presence of the divine in the life of the mother and baby.

Meditation involves building a relationship with the supreme and using his blessings for ensuring overall well-being of mother and baby.

  • Sankalp

Sankalp involves creating elevated thoughts to express gratitude for our body and smooth functioning of life.

  • Journaling

Journaling is a powerful tool to increase self-awareness and create a positive healthy relationship with yourself. This reflective exercise aims to create this relationship with self which directly impacts health of both mother and baby.

  • Right Food For Right Mood

It is said ‘As the food, so the mind’. Food plays a very important role in the life of an individual especially an expectant mother. This activity involves using creative visualization techniques while cooking and consuming food.

  • Bond With Baby

Creating a strong relationship with your unborn baby is one of the primary goals of the SuperMom-Baby Programme. Through creative prompts, this activity involves initiating a conversation with baby through the prompts.

  • Bond With God

There is a difference between prayer and meditation. While prayer is a one-way communication, meditation is a two-way communication. This activity involves communicating with the supreme by establishing a meaningful relationship and then remembrance based on that relationship.

  • Letter To God

Continuing with our previous activity of bonding with God, this activity includes writing a letter to the Supreme sharing your feelings about the motherhood journey, his role in this experience and the kind of relationship you would want the supreme to have with your baby.
